Dr. Stradel grew up in the small town of Wayside, WI.  After graduating from Reedsville High School, he attended the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay where he majored in Human Biology.  After completing his undergraduate coursework there, he attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997. 

Dr. Stradel is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Wisconsin Optometric Association, and the Fox Cities Optometric Society.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Stradel enjoys hunting and fishing as well as riding and driving horses.
